- This Promotion (the "Promotion") is brought to you by
River Belle Online Poker (the “Poker Room”) and is exclusively
open to first time Players at the Poker Room (“Player/s”) who
open their first Real Money Account during the Promotional Period.
- Subject to the terms below, the Sign-Up Bonus is a maximum of $300
(Three Hundred US Dollars) (the "Sign-Up Bonus/es").
- The Promotional Period is: between 00:00am Midnight (EST), April
12, 2006 and 11:59pm (EST) on an end date of which the Poker Room
shall advise you("The Promotional Period") .
- To receive a Sign-Up Bonus, a Player must meet the Minimum
Qualification Requirement (“Minimum Qualification Requirement”)
by:
- Opening his/ her first Real Money Account at the Poker Room
during the Promotional Period; and
- Depositing a minimum of $20 (Twenty US Dollars) into such Real
Money Account within 30 days of opening the said Account.
- Once a Player has met the Minimum Qualification Requirement, a
Player has 30 days in which to accumulate poker points. A Player
shall receive US$20 for every 350 poker points accumulated at the
Poker Room during this points- accumulation period, subject to an
aggregate maximum total Sign- Up Bonus of US$300. (For example, if a
Player earns 1050 poker points, his/ her Sign- Up Bonus shall be
US$60; if a Player earns 5600 poker points, his/ her Sign- Up Bonus
shall be US$300).
- Points are earned for every hand dealt and are calculated in terms
of Table A below.
- Points can not be earned at heads up tables.
- Players may not be awarded more than one Sign-Up Bonus and this
Sign-Up Bonus is not available in conjunction with any other sign-up
bonus/es offered by the Poker Room.
- Players residing in China may not participate in this Promotion.
- Players hereby agree that their names may be used in any publicity
material by the Poker Room.
- Players agree that models may be used to represent them in any
publicity material by the Poker Room.
- The Poker Room’s determination of who will be awarded Sign-Up
Bonuses shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be
entered into in this regard.
- Employees of Poker Room, their agencies or their families are not
eligible to enter this Promotion.
- All Poker Room offers are subject to ongoing review. The Poker
Room reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without
notice to you.
- The standard terms and conditions of the Poker Room apply to this
Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of
this Promotion and the Poker Room standard terms and conditions,
these terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that
the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other
instances these terms and conditions are complementary and
additional to the Poker Room standard terms and conditions.
